  • Food vendors must meet the guidelines of the Department of Business and Professional Relations and submit a copy of their food service permit with a picture
    of the product, completed application, and booth fee.
  • No fee for non-profit community agencies and organizations unless they are selling food and/or merchandise.
  • Payment types accepted are cash, cashiers check, or money order
    (no personal checks).
  • Cashiers checks and money orders should be made out to:

I also understand that neither The Kuumba Festival Committee or The Woodson Committee is responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may be incurred or sustained by my participation in festival activities.

Blacksonville Ecommerce Solutions ensures a safe, convenient and user-friendly experience. Upon successful completion of your registration, you will receive an email indicating email confirmation. To guarantee entry, please print your confirmation and bring with you to the event where your name will be on a Master List. Thank you for your support.
